Appearance: About 3', Shane is almost completley grey. Each of his spikes has a lightning bolt like shape(color yellow) on them. His eyes are a bright yellow/blue mix. His spikes are worn like shadows'. He has shoes that are also gray with the yellow lightning bolt shape on the middle of each.
History: Shane has always been a free spirit. He traveled around and doesn't actually remember anythin of his childhood. He met many different Mobians and made a few friends, but has for the most part always been alone. He was for a short time captured by Eggman. During his captivity he was genetically altered to have electric power. He was supposed to be used as a powerful tool and weapon, but escaped and continued on his way of life.

Personality: Shane is very excitable and excentric. He has a happy outlook on life and doesn't seem to notice if there are any problems in his little world. He is also some what simple minded.
Equipment: He carries a a 2.5' metallic staff used to electric manipulation.
Special Ability: Shane is able to create and has limited manipulation of eletricity. He is also immune to electric shock. He encase parts of his body in electricity and is able to send small bolts of lightning about 20' from him.
